Azerbaijan continues to buy weapons, President Ilham Aliyev said during a meeting with military servicemen, reported AZERTAC, the Azerbaijan state news agency.

“New types of weapons and military equipment are being brought to Azerbaijan,” stressed Aliyev. “Recently, I gave relevant instructions to further expand and improve logistics.

“We have sufficient financial capabilities, and we are acquiring military products from a variety of countries. (…) we must strive to bring the most modern weapons and equipment for the Azerbaijani Army.”
