Moscow appreciates Baku’s attitude towards Russia-proposed initiatives on Karabakh, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said during his meeting with Azerbaijani leader Ilham Aliyev.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin is satisfied with the meeting in Saint Petersburg between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Lavrov said, adding that he is visiting two countries under his instruction, TASS reported.
