Moscow and Baku are discussing the specific bilateral steps, which can and should bring about settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday stated the aforementioned during his talk with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Elmar Mammadyarov, in the Azerbaijani capital city of Baku, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.

“Yesterday, we had a thorough, sincere, and trustworthy conversation with Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev,” noted Lavrov. “With the initial plan, specific steps were discussed, which can and should bring about settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.”
