Under the circumstances when the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev speaks about unconditional return of the liberated lands and the unacceptability of the independence of  Karabakh, the statement of Armenia  about the trade-offs is similar to a capitulation,  wrote Nikol Pashinyan, a MP from the Armenian National Congress, in his  Facebook page .

" When we compare it with weapons of the 80s and the lack of transport aircraft , it looks like a culmination of betrayal . The political "elite" of Armenia is doing everything to break the will of the Armenian people to have their own state and to protect it . However, we will not yield our motherland to anyone, we will not spare anything for the sake of it ", wrote Pashinyan .
