The Haykakan Zhamanak (Armenian Time) newspaper reports that the Taxation Service of the RA State Revenue Committee failed to fulfill the monthly tax revenues plan this September.

The monthly budget tax revenue plan, 51bn AMD, was fulfilled due to customs revenues. It means that the Taxation Service and the Customs Service ensure budget revenues. Due to a sharp increase in imports the Customs Service exceeded the target, whereas the Taxation Service failed to fulfill its plan due to an unsatisfactory economic situation.

As a result, the budget revenue plans were fulfilled due to the exceeded import taxation targets.
