The OSCE Minsk Group expects that parties to Karabakh conflict will fulfill commitments on peaceful settlement and will avoid escalation, Co-Chair James Warlick told RIA Novosti.
Although situation at the line of contact and on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan is relatively calm, the Co-Chairs are concerned over recent violations of ceasefire, Warlick said.
