YEREVAN. - The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received an alert at 4:46 p.m. on Friday about a citizen who was trying to kill himself by jumping off the Davtashen bridge.
A rescue squad and Crisis Management National Center operative group accompanied by a psychologist were dispatched to the scene.
