YEREVAN. - The Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan’s Arabkir and Kanaker Zeytun districts while ago chose arrest as a preventive measure against Sasna Tsrer armed group member Armen Lambaryan.

Lambaryan was brought to the court from Erebouni Medical Center on a stretcher, Armenian News – NEWS.am reports.  He was then transported to the Hospital for Inmates. According to his attorney, the court denied the motion to release him on bail.

Armen Labrayan faces charges under Article 235.3 ( Illegal procurement, transportation or carrying of weapons, ammunition, explosives or explosive device) and 219.3 (1) ( Occupation of buildings, facilities, means of transportation or communication.)

As reported earlier, Sasna Tser armed group members Armen Lambaryan and Tatul Tamrazyan were on Saturday moved to a hospital ward from the Intensive Care Unit of Erebouni Medical Center.

Lambaryan’s attorney Inessa Petrosyan earlier informed that her client didn’t plead guilty and demanded to hold accountable the man who had attempted to kill him.
