Iraqi parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri  appealed to lawmakers to deprive him of parliamentary immunity, the appeal has been satisfied, TASS reported quoting Iraqi TV Al-Sumar.

Iraq's defense minister accused al-Juburi of the involvement in corruption over arms supply to Iraq. Other deputies were accused of receiving bribes.

The speaker stated that the charges of the defense minister are false and noted that he would prove his innocence to the people.

At the initiative of the PM, all the three deputies are temporarily banned to leave the country.
