STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces more than 55 times, over the weekend.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army (NKR/Artsakh DA) informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that during this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired over 750 shots toward the Armenian position-holders, and by way of rifle weaponry, including 60 shots from a large-caliber machine gun.

But the NKR DA vanguard units maintained the ceasefire for the most part, and they took actions in response solely when absolutely necessary.
