STEPANAKERT. – The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic National Assembly (NKR/Artsakh NA) draft decision on declaring amnesty on the occasion of 25th anniversary of the proclamation of the NKR was adopted at Thursday’s plenary session of the parliamentary special sitting.
All 28 Artsakh MPs voted for this draft decision, the NKR NA informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
