YEREVAN. - The Investigative Committee of Armenia has ascertained some of the circumstances of the killing of 29-year-old Vahe Gevorgyan. The identity of the criminal and his motives have been confirmed, the murder weapon being found.  

At about 9:35 pm on September 2, call was received from Yerevan’s Astghik Medical Center on that a man (of about 30 or 35) brought to them died without gaining consciousness, the Investigative Committee press-service reports.

The man turned out to be Vahe Gevorgyan (born in 1987). Numerous wounds were found on his body. Criminal case was launched under Article 104.1 (murder) of the Armenian Criminal Code.

On September 3, citizen A. Hayrapetyan was detained on suspicion of committing the crime. During the combing of the crime scene, the latter pointed out to the place where the gun of Gennings Firearms system was hidden. The weapon has been confiscated.
