YEREVAN. - After the formation of a new Armenian Government, I will stay in the same office, Governor of Armenia’s Syunik province Suril Khachatryan told journalists on Thursday after the session of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Council.

“I don’t know anything about the rest but personally I will not change my office,” he noted. Surik Khachatryan also noted that Hovik Abrahamyan himself decided to resign.

Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan announced his resignation following the meeting of the Cabinet on Thursday.
