YEREVAN. - It is necessary to publish the voter lists in Armenia, head of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun faction Armen Rustamyan said on Tuesday at the ceremony of signing an agreement with the opposition on the amendments to the Electoral Code and re-equipment of polling stations.

In his words, if you want something very much, it comes true. This wish was so great that it won even the imperfect equipment at the polling stations. Special attention should be attached to the modernization of the polling stations so that no such questions arise in the future, he noted.

But even if surveillance cameras are installed at the polling stations, the elections will still be unfair unless, among other things, the voter lists are 'clean,' the MP stressed.

''Before the voting, people must see who is absent from the country and who can indeed vote. In this case this is the maximum demand which can help fight repeated voting,'' Rustamyan concluded.
