YEREVAN. - The power change through elections is already possible in Armenia thanks to the signed document on the Electoral Code.

The head of the Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary faction, Levon Zurabyan, told the aforementioned to journalists after the signing of the agreement on Tuesday.

In his words, the document can be said to change the rules of the game today. ''It is already possible to carry out meaningful struggle during the elections. This is yet an unequal struggle, since the authorities still retain the possibility of bribery and use of administrative resource. We haven't yet been able to solve these issues, but this document makes power change through elections possible, even in conditions of unequal struggle. I think this is a victory, a historical moment,'' Zurabyan stressed.

According to him, this proves that the opposition has a resource for struggle and it will be possible to see that resource in the future processes as well.
