YEREVAN. - Former Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan headed the Government in rather complicated conditions.

Armenian PM Karen Karapetyan told the aforementioned to journalists in the parliament on Wednesday.

“The former prime minister is my colleague and friend. He took the wheel of the Cabinet in rather difficult condition. It’s not me who should assess his work, but his burden was big,” Karapetyan said.

To the question as to whether Abrahamyan abandoned his post because of his incapacity to combat corruption and monopolies, Karapetyan said: “I haven’t heard of such an assessment and let me not agree with it.”
