YEREVAN. - Acting Minister of Justice of Armenia Arpine Hovhannisyan didn’t wish to comment on the rumors concerning the upcoming amnesty.
“There is no preciseness round the issue of amnesty. I am not authorized to answer this question,” Hovhannisyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The media outlets obstinately circulate rumors on the upcoming amnesty, which, according to certain sources, will be quite massive.
