YEREVAN. – The businesses of Syrian Armenians also will be widely represented at the Armenian exhibition in Tehran, stated Garen Mikirditsian, executive director the Development Foundation of Armenia (DFA), at a press conference on Friday.

Mikirditsian noted this as he presented details on the Armenia Expo 2016 trade fair that will be held from October 5 to 8, in the capital city of Iran. 

About eighty Armenian companies, close to ten of which being Syrian Armenian enterprises, will take part in this event.

“A large market such as Iran creates great opportunities to our producers” added the DFA executive director. “And we, on our part, have invited and continue to invite business delegations from Iran to our expositions.”
