YEREVAN. - Two of the Armenian deputy chiefs of police have become major general.
Upon the decree of the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian Deputy Chief of Police, Police Colonel Samvel Rafik Hovhannisyan has been awarded the rank of Major General.
Upon another decree, Armenian Deputy Chief of Police, Police Colonel Anubagh Hovhannes Hambaryan has also been awarded the rank of Major General.
