YEREVAN. - Party affiliation isn’t a priority principle in forming a government, the Chairman of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) Arthur Javadyan told journalists Wednesday.

“Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan stated that he is forming a government of professionals,” he noted.

Karen Karapetyan was appointed the new prime minister of Armenia on September 13. He has already relieved of their duties the ministers of agriculture, transport and communication, finance, as well as energy and natural resources.
