YEREVAN. - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan conveyed a congratulatory message to the Jewish community of Armenia on occasion of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year.  

“Dear representatives of the Jewish community of Armenia,

I congratulate you on the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah.

Let this New Year be one of peace, prosperity and success for the Jewish community of Armenia and the entire Jewish nation. Let the centuries-old ties and mutual understanding further strengthen between our people.

On occasion of this bright holiday, I wish progress and all the best to our Jewish compatriots and the entire Jewish nation,” the message reads.
