YEREVAN. - The success of the Armenian Revival Party (former Orinats Yerkir) was thanks to its apparent rebranding, selection of correct candidates, as well as the separate work with voters.

Head of the Armenian Institute of International and Security Affairs (AIISA), Stepan Safaryan, said the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am.

Asked how the entirely discredited Orinats Yerkir Party managed to achieve success with its new appearance, Safaryan noted:  “[Thanks to] The apparent re-branding, selection of correct candidates, as well as the separate work with voters, which the Orinats Yerkir Party is familiar with.” According to the political analyst, these three components ensured the results for the Armenian Revival Party.

In the local self government elections held on October 2, Armenian Revival Party won 10.62 and 13.34 percent votes in Gyumri and Vanadzor respectively.
