Armenian PM Karen Karapetyan said the aforementioned in the parliament on Wednesday, responding to the question of ARF Dashnaktsutyun MP Karen Shahmuradyan as to how to attract skilled specialists to the new Government, when they work in the private sector and for much higher salary.

In response, the PM said: “We have agreed to be honest. I don’t know…Frankly speaking, I don’t know. It is necessary to select those among them who see mission in their work. It is incorrect to speak about increasing salaries in the state system now that we have not yet solved many other issues. But in order to make the governance more efficient, we must by all means return to this question. Otherwise, we will have no quality governors,” he stated.
