The conflict in Ukraine, conflicts in Georgia, Moldova and Karabakh are unacceptable, PACE President Pedro Agramunt said in his address to the delegates of PACE autumn session.

“ Borders cannot be changed unilaterally or by force. Therefore, the conflict in Ukraine and the illegal annexation of Crimea, conflicts in Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Azerbaijan are unacceptable. As Europeans, we have to resolve the conflicts that exist within our common living space and parliamentary diplomacy is an appropriate tool to engage political negotiations,” he said.
