GYUMRI. - A Russian man has climbed the roof of an abandoned three-storey building in Andranik Ozanyan street of Armenia’s Gyumri city and threatens to commit suicide.

The man says he is going to kill himself by jumping off the roof, Armenian News - NEWS.am correspondent reports.

Currently, policemen, ambulance workers and the rescue team of Shirak province Emergency Situations Ministry are at the scene. They are trying to negotiate with the man so that he doesn’t harm himself.
