YEREVAN. – Direct investments totaling about $4 million will be made in the enlarged community of Dilijan. 

Davit Lokyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Development of Armenia, stated the aforesaid during his visit to this town, his ministry informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Lokyan traveled to Tavush Province on a working visit, and also participated in a discussion, entitled “Dilijan, Two Years Later,” which was convened in this town. 

At the event, the minister reflected on the new steps which the Armenian government has launched toward community development in the country.

In this connection, Davit Lokyan noted that around $4-million direct investments will be made in the enlarged community of Dilijan.

He added, however, that each respective project will be considered in detail, before its implementation is sanctioned.
