Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s administration has voiced criticism toward the co-chairs of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group, in the run-up to these mediators’ next visit to the region.

Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration and chief of the administration’s foreign relations department, stated that, “Baku demands concrete steps from the mediators and the international community, toward resolution of the [Karabakh] conflict,” reported Haqqin.az news agency of Azerbaijan.

“Till now, the OSCE Minsk Group-mediated [respective] talks have not led to progress in the resolution of the conflict,” added Mammadov.
