“I do object to the phrase ‘Stepanakert-Hankendi’ contained in the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs’ statement,” RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian told NEWS.am.

He stressed that the use of geographical names changed after the conflict broke out is the wrong way. Nalbandian pointed out that this wording has been used within the OSCE format for years. The same principle applies to the phrase “occupied territories” though, according to the Minister, it has not lately been used so often. “This issue has registered evolution,” Nalbandian said.
