Uzbekistan's Defense Ministry helicopter has crashed in the eastern part of the country, killing 9 people, reports the RIA Novosti, referring to the channel Uzbekistan. "On October 18 of 2016 in Ferghana region MI -171 helicopter, which was implementing a scheduled flight, crashed " the report says. It is noted, that three of the passengers were crew members, whereas the other six were soldiers. The government has set up a special commission to investigate causes of the accident.
