YEREVAN. – Armenia is going to sign an agreement with Serbia, with respect to excluding double taxation, Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan on Tuesday stated at the National Assembly.

He noted that the signing of the Armenia-Serbia convention on the prevention of double taxation of business deals will enable to expand business ties between the two countries.

Armenia can levy tax on Serbian businesses only if they open a permanent representation—that is, a resident company—in the country. 

The profits of non-resident Serbian companies shall be taxed only in Serbia.
