STEPANAKERT. – President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh), Bako Sahakyan, on Monday attended, in capital city Stepanakert, the groundbreaking ceremony of an apartment building to be constructed for the NKR Defense Army officers, and families of those Armenians that fell during the Karabakh War .

Sahakyan expressed gratitude to philanthropist Vitaly Grigoriants for participating in the implementation of this initiative, and highlighted the demand for and importance of such projects, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan, and several other officials also took part in this event.
