The state propaganda of Azerbaijan plays the most negative role in the Karabakh conflict settlement.

Publicist Denis Dvornikov, who is also a member of the Russian Association of International Law, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am.

Touching on the possible signing of a peace accord on the conflict settlement, Dvornikov noted: “I think this will be possible no earlier than after the change of two generations, since the traces of the propaganda should be left behind. In this case the state propaganda of Azerbaijan plays the most negative role. As a result of this propaganda people leave schools, absolutely assured that all Armenians are enemies. Frankly speaking, maximal attention of the international community should be drawn here.”

In his words, this is literally a hate propaganda, which the modern world constantly stands against today.

“Any manifestations of inter-ethnic hatred are unacceptable. Nevertheless, there is a state in the territory of “large Europe,” which behaves like that,” Dvornikov added.
