STEPANAKERT. – The adversary violated the ceasefire along the line of contact between the Karabakh and Azerbaijani opposing forces 41 times, from late Thursday night to early Friday morning.

During this time the Azerbaijani armed forces fired around 530 shots toward the Armenian position-holders, and by way of various caliber weapons, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Army informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

In addition, the adversary fired 16 shots from a large-caliber machine gun, in easterly and northerly directions of the line of contact. 

But the NKR Defense Army vanguard units mostly refrained from taking actions in response, and continued reliably maintaining their combat positions.
