The astronomers and programmers of NASA have created a system that warns "asteroids’ attacks." The system can reveal any approaching asteroid in 5 days, before it arrives at the Earth, reports the RIA Novosti, referring to the Universe Today. Over the past few decades, scientists from around the world have been actively examining nearby asteroids, trying to understand the level of threats they can cause to the humanity. Despite a huge number of asteroids discovered in recent years, there are still many large and small asteroids that have not been disclosed by the mankind.
