YEREVAN. – Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan, who is in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) on a working visit, on Saturday paid a visit to the NKR National Assembly (NA), where he had a tête-à-tête with NA President Ashot Ghulyan.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the Press Office of the Government of Armenia that, subsequently, Karapetyan and Ghulyan met with chairpersons of the committees and heads of the factions of Artsakh parliament.

The NKR NA speaker welcomed the format of the talk with the PM of Armenia and members of the government. In Ashot Ghulyan’s words, this meeting aims to discuss the next steps toward the strengthening and deepening of the already-high-level ties between Artsakh and Armenia.

Underscoring the talk with the NKR MPs, Karen Karapetyan, in turn, noted that this will enable to listen to their observations and views with respect to the avenues for the development of the economies and the raising of the security of Armenia and Artsakh.
