South Caucasus is very important for entire world and Europe in particular first of all in the context of global security and diversification of energy resources, said Peter Schieder, ex-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
He noted that the Council of Europe shared this view admitting Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan.
