YEREVAN. - You reminded me of a character from Arkady Raikin's monologue.
Defense Minister of Armenia Vigen Sargsyan said the aforementioned in the parliament on Monday, responding to the Heritage Party MP Zaruhi Postanjyan.
The latter proposed in her speech to allocate new means for the army at the expense of reducing the number of political prisoners and policemen. In response, Vigen Sargsyan noted that the police play an apparent role in Armenia with its foreign security issues. ''I am glad that with such ideas you are in the parliamentary minority,'' he added.
