YEREVAN. - Upon the decree of the Armenian Defense Minister, news analyst Gevorg Altunyan has been appointed the Acting Head of Information and Public Relations Department of the Defense Ministry of Armenia, the press-service of the Defense Ministry informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.

Gevorg Altunyan used to run the post of the director of News and Analytical programs of Armenia’s Public Television. That post was assumed by the former director of the News Service of the Public Television, Harutyun Harutyunyan.
