The remark made by the IAEA makes Iran transport heavy water surplus to Oman, reports Interfax. "Given the current progress in the negotiations on the purchase of heavy water with foreign companies and states, Iran has transported some of its surplus to Oman," said the representative of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization Bekhruza Kamalvandi. Early this month, the IAEA has reported that Iran's heavy water reserves have reached 130.1 tons, whereas the permissible limit is 130 tons.
