The EU will make a decision on sanctions against Russia before December summit, said the head of the European Council Donald Tusk on November 24 at a press conference on results of the EU-Ukraine summit, reports TASS. According to Tusk, the EU's position on the sanctions’ regime against Russia remains unchanged. " Our position on sanctions is clear. The sanctions are associated with a full embodiment of the Minsk agreements," he said.
