The Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents agreed on a joint statement after their meeting in Astrakhan.
“The point is special Declaration aimed at strengthening confidence-building measures,” Russian leader Dmitry Medvedev told the journalists. He stressed that the document envisages “exchange of prisoners of war and return of the bodies of the killed.”
On October 27, a meeting of the Armenian, Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents takes place in Astrakhan.
