YEREVAN. - Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s upcoming visit to Armenia will not mark the beginning of radical changes in the Armenian-Iranian ties.

Chair of Iranian Studies at the Yerevan State University (YSU), professor Garnik Asatryan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am.

In his words, information is circulated that during the Iranian President's visit to Armenia bilateral agreements and a memorandum will be signed.  Nevertheless, the Iranist expressed conviction that the visit of Hassan Rouhani will positively impact the bilateral ties. ''Rouhani's visit will become a new incentive for the relations of two countries, further strengthening mutual cooperation between them,'' Asatryan said.
