The Russian Federation Border Protection Department servicemen in Armenia have discovered narcotic drugs, which were left behind on the Armenian-Iranian border.
During the inspection of the border area, the Meghri Border Protection Detachment soldiers found a black package, with more than 4 kg of opium raw material—presumably—inside, the department press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The Russian border guards and Armenian law enforcement are searching for the perpetrators.
