YEREVAN. – Being guided by the “in the name of” idea, in the name of state security, implementation of national ideas, I made a decision to have an active participation in the political—in particular, the electoral—processes.

Former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, noted the aforesaid in a statement he issued.

In the statement, Ohanyan also noted that, underscoring the forthcoming processes, he has started a series of consultations with political forces, social organization, prominent figures, and intellectuals.
