YEREVAN. - “Yelk” (“Way Out”) alliance is not merely an electoral coalition.

Member of the Civil Contract Party Board, Nikol Pashinyan, who is also a deputy of the National Assembly (NA), stated the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am.

Asked whether he thinks the alliance may collapse after they get into the parliament, Pashinyan said: “No. We have signed a memorandum on joint political activity, and not merely on forming an electoral alliance. This means that the “Yelk”alliance is a wider coalition, which has serious strategic goals.”

Civil Contract, Bright Armenia and Republic parties will take part in the upcoming parliamentary elections slated for April 2 under the umbrella of “Yelk” alliance.
