The campaign season for the referendum on constitutional reforms in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) kicked off on January 19.
The political parties, however, are still at the phase of establishing respective campaign headquarters.
The constitutional reform package that will be put to a referendum envisions a transition to a presidential system of governance in the NKR.
The Artsakh constitutional referendum is slated for February 20.
