Russian Armenia businessman Samvel Karapetyan is on the Forbes business magazine list of the “kings” of real estate in Russia.

The Forbes Russian version has published the updated rankings of the richest proprietors of commercial real estate in Russia, and who lease their real estate more successfully than others.

Karapetyan is third on this list. His main commercial real estate is the Rio commercial and recreation center, and the Novotel Moscow City hotel in the Russian capital city.

Samvel Karapetyan’s total income amounts to US$670 million.
