Renowned Turkish journalist Amberin Zaman disclosed some details of a phone conversation between President of U.S. and Turkey.

In a conversation Trump said he respects Erdogan who had done much for his country. He said his daughter Ivaka is next to him and she provided the communication, Zaman said quoting diplomatic sources.

Erdogan congratulated Trump and condemned protest actions staged against him in U.S. Turkish leader spoke about the Islamic State, Fethullah Gulen, Syrian Kurds and Mosul, stressing Turkey’s role in the fight against ISIS. Trump said joint efforts are needed to overcome difficulties.
