YEREVAN. – Armenia has to raise the issue of suspending membership of Belarus in CSTO, head of ruling Republican Party of Armenia faction Vahram Baghdasaryan.

“It is not for the first time that Belarus is showing a biased attitude towards Azerbaijan. Extradition of Alexander Lapshin was a cheap deal  in exchange for the award that was previously handed over to Alexander Lukashenko. This step is contrary to allied relations within the CSTO. We must raise the issue of Belarus, termination of the membership in this organization,” Baghdasaryan said.

Blogger Alexander Lapshin has been extradited to Azerbaijan after the Supreme Court of Belarus upheld the decision of the prosecutor’s office.
