Moscow expects, that there will be held a session devoted to cooperation between Russia and Turkey, presided by Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in the nearest future to address the coordination of the efforts in Syria, as well as questions related to Akkuyu and Turkish Stream projects, said the Russian Foreign Ministry's Fourth European Department Director Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko to RIA Novosti.
“We agreed to restore the work of the high-level cooperation council. I hope, that it will take place soon, and in the nearest future there will take place a high-level meeting within the framework of the Turkey high-level cooperation council,”
According to him, one of the topics to be discussed during the session is the cooperation in the foreign policy. They also will “focus on issues related to bilateral relations."
